Florida day 6--Daddy's here!

Tuesday was a special day because Daddy flew in!

On our way to the airport to pick him up, Lance found a dead cicada. Lily was especially interested.

We picked up Dad and then came back to the beach. Lance was ready first and ran down, only to come back up a few minutes later with a new little friend"

This kid is amazing at catching lizards!

This little guy either really like Lance or was in shock because he wasn't in any hurry to leave.

Lance dropped him back off in the dunes on our way out to spend the day on the beach with Dad.

Can I tell you how much more fun it is when George can come? The kids are happier, everything is easier.

So glad he's here!

Cousins are awesome, too. Lily LOVED playing with Kailey.

Mom came! This busy lady was scheduled from morning to night as she managed her properties and orchestrated the building of her hew house. I'm glad she got to play for a bit!

That evening, we drove over to Grandma Brewer's house to help rearrange some of her furniture. We brought pizza monkey bread and had fun going through some of Mom's old boxes.

Lily found this apron that Grandma made probably 40 years ago and refused to take it off all night.

Lexi soaked up the extra love.

Daddy tried to teach Jude how to play Chess.

It had been a long, fun day. We were all ready for bed!
