Sunday, we attended Church with Grandma Brewer. It's always fun to be there and see so many families that knew my mom when she was little.
Cole, on the other hand, did NOT think it was fun. He's always struggled a bit to sit quietly and enjoy church or primary. Combine that with being in new place and we had a full-on Cole melt-down.

That evening my cousin Maria came over with Aunt Dawn and Uncle Tubby, Grandma Brewer, and Josh's boys to walk on the beach with us.

Lily thought the crab was great and spent a good 5 minutes chasing it around.
Grandma with Kailey and Jason. Aunt Linda and Kailey were staying in our condo with us, too!
Uncle Tubby tried so hard to love on the kids, but all they wanted to do was play.
George was still in Charlottesville, so we Facetimed him from the beach.
My kids never smile bigger than when they're at the beach. It truly is our happy place.
Talking "Pokemon". Amy was a great sport and chatted with Lance about the new game coming out for most of the walk.
So gorgeous. Heaven on earth.
