Because Cole was born in the 8th of February, George and I had our official Valentine's Day dinner a couple weeks later.
We went to Texas de Brazil, a phenomenal Brazilian steakhouse in Fairfax. Basically the servers walk around with huge pieces of meat that are cooked perfectly and whenever you see a meat you want, they put some on your plate. It's a never-ending smorgasbord of prime cuts of meat, like filet mignon wrapped in bacon, lamb chops, and (my favorite) picanha. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
We left Jude and Cole with my mom and Laura (Lance was in California) and enjoyed a nice dinner together a couple weekends ago. It was wonderful to spend some time together without the kiddos and eat some amazing food.
This place never disappoints! It was a great (belated) Valentine's Day!
