Free ice cream anyone?
In April, Ben and Jerry's did their "free cone day" so of course we had to go! Our Ben and Jerry's is about half a mile from our house, so we decided to walk.
Everyone was excited about the ice cream and the best part was it was 100% free!
Jude and Lance are loving riding their bikes now that the weather is warm, so while George and I walked, Jude and Lance got to ride.
Well, Jude rode most of the way, but we walked him next to the busy road. He's great balancing on his bike, but his steering needs some practice, so we figured it would be safer.
On the way home, the boys decided they were hungry, so we stopped at Taco Bell where Cole discovered he liked their sauce.
It was fun and George being there made it so much better. His schedule's been a crazy one lately so having an afternoon with him home is such a treat.
A few days later another ice cream shop had a 5 cent cone day, so we met up with our friends and made an afternoon of it.
