We did not get to spend our day at the beach.
Due to high winds making 10-foot waves, the cruise line was unable to ferry us to the island and instead had to spend the day on the ship out at sea.
So, we got to sleep in! Truly a luxury!
We got to watch a towel-folding demonstration led by this hilarious man.
While we were on the boat, Mom was taking the kids to church back in Virginia. I was really, REALLY missing these sweet faces!
We got to go on a galley tour and see how all the food is made. They have it down to a science!
We got to nap on the deck while Wonder Woman played on the big screen behind us.
We got to watch "Sexiest Man" competition and see a 76-year-old man do push-ups and win!
We got to try out the rock wall. Unfortunately due to the high winds, we had to just boulder around the bottom, but that was challenging in and of itself!
And we got to face-time these sweet babies! They were very excited for us to show them around the ship and see all the fun things we were doing.
At night, we bing-watched the first season of Stranger Things in our cabin.
I was really disappointed we didn't get a chance to relax on the beach--we came all the way to the Bahamas and didn't spend even a minute on a single beach! Oh well--we still had a full, fun day!
