Each year since he turned 8, Grandma and Grandpa have taken Lance on a special outing for his Birthday. This year, they picked him up October 22nd for a fun-filled day of zip-lines and tubing at Massanutten, a ski resort about an hour from Charlottesville.
They even got to catch a few minutes of Jude's soccer game when they came!
Lance said it was "awesome" and really wants to go back to do it again. I've never been, but maybe we can plan a family trip in the near future.
They were up super high!
They had these runs set up on a ski slope. Basically it's like sledding, but on on astroturf instead of snow.
We love it when Grandma and Grandpa come to visit!
