Last week we got to go a couple times to our favorite local sprinkler park. George even got to come one day before he went in to work which was a special treat.
Last year Jude was a warrior when it came to water, but this year he was much more timid.
He liked getting his hands wet, but wasn't sure about the rest of him.
Lance tried to show him how much fun the water could be, but wasn't too successful.
So Lance enjoyed the water by himself.

I couldn't keep Lance out of the water. This kid is nuts about pools and sprinklers (but HATES getting bath water in his eyes... go figure)!
Jude decided to escape to the less wet part of the playground and enjoyed running around on the grass until it was time to go. We did go back a couple days later and Jude was a little more adventurous with the sprinklers. Hopefully a summer full of cooling off in the water will cure him of whatever phobia he developed over the winter. :)
