We spent this Memorial Day with our families up in Ashburn. It was REALLY hot and sticky so instead of going to the pool like we would normally do, we decided to try and keep it cool inside.
Lance was with his dad for Memorial Day and got to go swimming with him. He was super excited to have his cast off and kept asking if he could get his arm wet at the pool when he was with his dad. It was cute! I'm glad he got to go swimming. :)
George, Glenn, and Tyler went to the driving range that morning. It was super hot, but they had a good time.

Back at my mom's house, Aunt Linda and her girls came over, as did George's parents and Allen for a BBQ. George manned the grill like a boss in the 95 degree heat so we could all enjoy the fruits of his labor without the sweat.

Glenn is writing a book on resilience and is in the process of publishing but needs to design a cover. We all got to put in our two cents.
We also celebrated Glenn's Birthday! He asked for pie for his "cake". Yum!

Lance came home that evening and we drove back to Charlottesville so George could attend his Emergency Ultrasound rotation the following day.
