The last week of September was a busy one! We were getting ready for Lance's baptism on the 28th and George was working nights. I hate when he works nights.
My grandma flew in earlier that week so she could see Lance be baptized, but since she and my mom would only be in Charlottesville for a few hours on the 28th, I pulled Lance out of school one day and the boys and I drove up to Ashburn to visit her.
It was so fun! Laura was there with her two boys which made my boys very happy. :)
These lucky boys got to take a bath in my mom's huge tub.
Cole thought Grant was pretty neat and kept pointing at him and saying "baby? baby?" It was sweet.
Our visit was luckily just one day after Grandma's birthday so we celebrated in style with pineapple cheesecake (Grandma's request).

Mason's Birthday was on the same day (although they celebrated later that week) and Aunt Amy brought him the best gift a three-year-old could ask for: bubble wrap!
Yep, she got him a huge box of bubble wrap which the boys quickly discovered and enjoyed.

Even though we were only in town for about 24 hours, it was great to spend that time with Grandma and my mom! Then it was back down to Charlottesville to see George and finish the prep for the baptism that Saturday.
