Stephen and Ashley's Wedding--Day 3 (Home again, home again)

Flying home to see the kids! While Valerie loved all the attention, I think she missed the chaos of her brothers and sisters. 

It was so neat being able to celebrate Ashley and Stephen! This is an amazing couple!

And we wouldn't have been able to go if it wasn't for Grandmom, PopPop, Jen and Eric who all helped watch the kids while we were gone for three days. Thank you!!

After we got home, Eric showed us some awesome pictures of Callie and her first elk she shot while we were away!

I believe they are going to mount the head, but I have no idea where you would put something so massive!

Jason sent us this picture from Utah that night while they were at Aunt Linda's house recovering from all the wedding prep. I'm glad Mom has such a great man in her life. 

Stephen and Ashley's Wedding--Day 2

Whew! Get ready for a picture dump!

After staying up late helping with the luncheon preparations, morning came way too early. Valerie was so happy to hang out for a bit while we get ready for the big day!

While we were gone, Lance got to attend a temple trip with his buddies in the Vienna Ward. 

We got to the Temple and joined the rest of the family inside for the sealing. Grandpa Allred was the Sealer and did a wonderful job. Valerie was hanging out with Uncle Chad and Uncle Darnell as they ran some errands before the pictures and luncheon.

The ceremony was beautiful. We are so happy for Stephen and Ashley!

Afterwards, we went to see Grandma Allred. She is having such a hard time. It's hard to see her like this and remember what a vibrant person she used to be. I miss her.

Chad and Darnell had snuck ahead and decorated their room and left them a box full of fun things from the family.

We met up with Chad and Darnell in Salt Lake where we were staying the night. We had dinner at a neat, very hipster-ish restaurant. 

This sweet girl was an angel the entire trip.

We all went back to Little America with the intent of hanging out, but everyone was too tired after such a long day, so we said good night and went to bed. It was a GREAT day full of love and family.
