The warm weather is here to stay, I think! It's been very nice the past couple weeks, which means lots of time spent outside trying to keep Jude occupied while Lance is at school.
Bennett's grandma sent him these superhero capes and the boys have a great time running around with them on. Jude always asks to wear Bo Bo's "superhero".

They can even fly!

We've been watching entirely too much TV, I'll be the first to admit. One night while trying to keep the boys distracted from the lure of instant entertainment, we broke out the art sets. Lance has two art sets, so he let Jude use one. What a nice boy!

Since it's been so warm, the strawberries are in season a little early. One day for playgroup, we met up with several other moms and picked some strawberries at a local orchard. Lance was at school, so we'll have to go back again on the weekend.
Jude did not quite get the concept that we should only pick the red ones. I ended up buy several green and partially red strawberries.
It was a lot of fun! We got to pull the kiddos in little carts out to the field where we had full reign picking as many strawberries as we wanted.
Not sure what's gong on with my hair--I think the wind was blowing the wrong way. Yeah, not the greatest picture of me, but whatever. Cole was a trooper!

Some of the other moms with their kiddos. I think we'll wait a few more weeks before we go back to let the strawberries ripen a little bit. I felt like the good strawberries were a little scarce because it was so early in the season.
Cole is growing like crazy! I was feeling bad the other day because I realized I don't have too many pictures of Cole, so I sat down one morning and took a bunch. He is 12 weeks old yesterday.
Jude wanted to get in on some of them.

Lance and Jude are both really good at getting Cole to smile and laugh. It's very cute.
Crazy boys!
Cole is starting to get very good head control so I put him in the little exec-saucer Lance and Jude both used when they were babies. He can't do much other than sit, but he enjoys it and it gives his poor little bald spot on the back of his head a break.
Sweet baby.
He's not quite big enough to reach the floor of the toy yet, but we manage to get around that.

I think Lance was inside when I took this picture. I was trying to get all three in the tree, but when I came back out with the camera, Lance was on to something new.
I think Jude has inherited Lance's aversion to clothes of any sort. I have the hardest time getting clothes on this boy in the morning and he will never keep his shoes on, even if he's running around outside on the rocks and sticks.
It makes for very dirty feet!
Gross, Jude! Bath time is every night during the summer. You can see why--I mean, even his diaper is dirty!
Cole is a good sport to just hang out all the time. He is rarely fussy and is content to be in his little chair and watch everyone else.
Lance's soccer season is going well! He still struggles to find enthusiasm for the sport but he enjoys being with his friends and I think it's growing on him. I think. Here he is throwing the ball back into the game.
